Yesterday was a BIG cheat day: no gym, whiny complaining post and shopping on the credit card. So today I am starting June over and setting my new goals and just pretending yesterday was not apart of either month. It's my world I can totally do that.
Last month I linked up I Heart Recess for her monthly goals linky and I really liked how focused I was last month on certain goals. Plus putting my goals in writing holds me accountable, I am super competitive like that.
